My friend Boo LOVES her cats and I'll admit that I was a little nervous when she asked me for cat cupcakes for her mom's birthday. Firstly, I didn't want to let Boo down and secondly, I had no idea where to start.
I think I did a pretty good job! You can't tell which is the Siamese and which is the Tabby cat, but I think they're cute.
The cupcakes were so moist and rich I couldn't resist making an extra few for
myself my family. By that stage I was too lazy to decorate them nicely, so I sprinkled them with some organic cocoa, using my star stencil (one of my favorite tools from Taiwan).
Absolutely delicious with coffee the next morning! My mouth is watering now thinking about it.
