Getting a brief for a five year old girl can be scary! Little girls know exactly what they want. The brief was.... pink, glitter, and Disney princesses. The result was.....
I kept it simple - plain vanilla cupcakes with strawberry flavor buttercream frosting. For the frosting I simply substituted the vanilla essence with strawberry essence. I'm not a huge fan of strawberry flavor, but even I thought it was yummy.
The result was pretty and my little customer was happy!
