I was drawn to this site because of the name and was totally intrigued when I read the story about Miss Molly.Johnny "Chief Egg Cracker" and founder of Molly's explains, "Molly was my third-grade teacher. Whenever one of us had a birthday, she would bake us cupcakes. I still remember how good they were. She had her own special recipe for chocolate and vanilla. Just about everyone who tries them thinks they're the best cupcakes ever."
Molly's Cupcakes made it onto my Cupcakes with a Conscience list is because they help children, in honor of Miss Molly, by donating a percentage of their profits to schools in their community (Chicago).
