Christmas

Wow! It's been a long time since my last post. I've been busy with wedding cupcakes, I visited Taiwan again and in between we celebrated Christmas and New Year.

I thought long and hard about Christmas cupcakes and still hadn't decided what to bake. My aunt Collette gave me a set of Christmas cake sprinkles as an early gift and so I decided to keep it simple. The mini gingerbread men were sprinkled on gingerbread cupcakes, the candy canes on choc mint cupcakes and the holly on cinnamon cupcakes.
