I was utterly spoilt with lots and lots of cupcake paraphenalia (amongst other things).
From my sister Tiffany and her fiancee Kyle I got an absolutely stunning cake recipe book. What I love is that it's not limited to cupcakes. I'm looking forward to adapting the recipes to cupcakes though and will keep you posted on how they turn out. Rob's 30th birthday is later this week. He's asked for bourbon chocolate with cuppaccino buttercream frosting which he found in the book.
Not pictured are the adorable cupcake papers and silicone muffin moulds from Sylvia, Sara and Michaella. The cupcake papers came all the way from London and I can't wait to use them for a special occassion.
Of course, everyone at the office was expecting cupcakes. I made a combination of chocolate and vanilla drizzled with white and milk chocolate (instead of frosting). They were quite a hit (if I may say so myself).
For dinner at Rob's family I made vanilla. I ran out of time and so I grabbed the nearest tin of caramel. A generous dollop of caramel and a rose on top of each and they weren't so bad. They certainly looked cute.
I've been busy with orders and have taken lots of pictures - be patient with me, I'll catch up posting soon.

I had to add a picture of the flowers (they match my bright pink wall)
