Well, despite my best intentions I spent the weekend (a long weekend here in South Africa) curled up in front of the tv doing nothing. Unfortunately this means you'll have to wait another day or two for pictures of my latest projects.
While I was sitting doing so little, I did enjoy getting feedback from everyone out there. I particularly enjoyed the feedback from Sara who grew up across the road from us. Sara kindly let me share her pictures with you.

Strawberry Suprise cupcakes topped with fresh fruit ( I love how the fresh berries look and can't wait for summer to make these again)

I love hearing from everyone so please send me more feedback. I've added a Twitter link so feel free to tweet me. Alternatively you can send me an email (candicelowe@gmail.com) or find me on facebook (http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/pages/Randburg-South-Africa/Cupcake-Royale/105786043888?ref=ts).
Just a little taste of what's to come....
Presentation is such a huge part of baking for me and I love to leave nicely packaged little treats for people. Below is an example of a treat I left on a friend's desk recently.

Happy baking! (and please keep the feedback coming)
